Returns

You have 1 day to initiate a return from the date you received the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging with tags and all accessories included.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please submit a request through our website or contact our customer support team using the contact information provided on our contact page. Upon reviewing your return request, if approved, you will receive a notification with further instructions.

Shipping Costs

If your return is due to an item being damaged, broken, or incorrect upon arrival, Thodoo will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is for other reasons, such as dissatisfaction with the color or design, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You can also request a different refund method by contacting our customer support. Please allow 7 to 12 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the original item. After we verify the returned item, we will dispatch the new product.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a return and shipping instructions. Thodoo will cover all shipping costs for such returns.

Non-returnable Items

Please note that items that have been used, or items with stains, will not be eligible for return.
